Technical & Tactical
Shot systems, patterns and decisions — the padel itself.
EXODIA Academy UI & UX under development of FDCR & AX Team
EXODIA Academy · Jakarta, Indonesia
A structured junior padel pathway — from first contact to high performance.
01One Player.
Every child is seen as a whole person — not a result.
02One Passport.
One private development record, from first session to last.
03One Pathway.
The same methodology and standards at every EXODIA club.
The Academy
One methodology, built by Director Technique Program Advisor Alex Domenech, and one private Player Passport — so you always know how your child is developing and what comes next.
Each session follows a curriculum objective — activate, develop, decide, compete, reflect — so every hour on court moves your child forward.
Typical lessons · Show up, hit balls, go home.
Every quarter, coaches score each skill on a 1–10 scale in your child's private Player Passport — with trends you can actually see.
Typical lessons · Progress is a feeling.
Three clear priorities every quarter: what to work on, why it matters, how we'll train it and how we'll know it's working.
Typical lessons · "Just keep practising."
A Head Coach decides every level change on evidence, so your child is always challenged at the right level.
Typical lessons · Levels set by age or by package.
The Pathway
Two dimensions per player: an age-stage that sets the priorities, and a level that sets the difficulty.
EXODIA · Tour · Team · Academy
Built for players. Driven by passion.
Assessment
Every player is developed — and assessed — across the whole person, not just the forehand.
Shot systems, patterns and decisions — the padel itself.
Speed, strength and resilience that hold for three sets.
Routines, pressure tolerance and competitive identity.
Effort, respect, teamwork and ownership — on and off court.
Purpose-driven events: development, benchmark, target.
The Player Passport
Every quarter, coaches assess each competency on a 1–10 scale relative to the player's age-stage. The family sees a clear profile, three priorities and a plain language report — never a single score, never a ranking.

Junior feeder programs hosted at your club, run to the EXODIA curriculum.
Tier 2
The full EXODIA Academy pathway plus community events and internal matchplay.
Tier 3
