The Pathway
From a first Discovery Day to Elite Transition. One pathway, explained in plain language — so every family knows where their child is and what comes next.
Six steps
How we place players
Age-stage decides what matters most right now. Level decides how hard the training is. A player is always described by both.

Dimension 2 · Level — sets the difficulty
Shown as “U12 · Level 2”
Performance and Elite are selected tracks, not Level 4. Moving level is not a reward — it means the next training environment fits better.
Two tracks
~2 sessions / week
The core pathway for every player. Technical foundations, game understanding and a love for the game.
~3 sessions + 1 / week
Selective. For players ready for more load, a competition calendar and an individual playing model.
Assessment scale
A 7 at U10 is not a 7 at U16. Scores describe a competency, never the child — and there is no overall score.
Level decisions
The system can flag that a player looks ready. A Head Coach always makes the decision, every quarter.
Remain
The current environment is still the best place to develop.
Progress
Ready for the next level’s training environment.
Progress with conditions
Moves up, with one clear gap to close.
Reassess
Not enough evidence yet — look again soon.
The year
Four quarterly assessment windows, one placement month, one review month.

Review
A Discovery Day is 75–90 minutes. It is not an exam — it is a first look at how your child plays and learns.
